My favourite place: Carlos Melián

My favourite place is Punta Brava, It´s located in Tenerife, The Canary Islands. It used  to be a small fishing village. There are very nice restaurants if you like fish! There is  a beach and a swimming pool. You can swim in different calas. It's lively, hot and sunny  but  a little bit dangerous because of the waves. So, you should be careful when the sea is very rough. In la Punta, you can do many interesting activities like surfing, bodyboarding, walking, jogging, playing tennis, playing football, playing volleyball. However, remember to be careful with your belongings because there are many people and you may find that they have disappeared.

My favourite place in the Canary Islands is Agulo, a little town located in the north of la Gomera. It has a very small population. It is a very peaceful place to live there isn’t any noisy traffic, because in Agulo you can go walking wherever you want. The things that you are going to hear are birds whistling... all natural sounds. It is very beautiful, you can clearly see Tenerife and el Teide.

There you can do activities like football, handball, basketball, ride bicycles, but to buy the equipment and the clothes that are necessary, you have to go to another town because there aren’t any sport shops. Also you can meet friends, eat in restaurants, watch football in the cafeterias...
